Since working at Terminal 5 on the day it opened it has been a honor to work in the biggest development in London since the millenium.
With the few issues surrounding the luggage the terminal should elevate Heathrow to the ultimate aiport once the issues have been resolved with the outstanding design and luxury given to passengers.
